I love this spot. I came in recently for a biogel manicure with tips. My nails were in rough shape and I showed the lady an inspiration pic and she got to work. They came out exactly how I wanted them. My nail tech check checked in with me as we were going to make sure I was satisfied with the shape, the color, etc. I also appreciate the attention to detail at this location, phone stands on each station and a bottle of water when you sit down. My new favorite nail salon! I called for a shellac pedi, and they answered promptly. The salon is beautiful and spotless. I was served water right away and the service was quick. The nail tech helped me pick the perfect color and was very thorough. The basic shellac pedi included exfoliation, massage, hot towel, and more. I was done in under 45 minutes, which was great. I'm giving two stars because although the receptionist was friendly and offered water when I arrived early, my French manicure broke soon after leaving. The technician applied only one layer for the French style, and the regular polish on my left foot was messy. Despite accepting a second opinion, the result wasn't satisfactory. Even though it's only been two hours, the shellac hasn't held up. This was my first visit based on good reviews, but I won't be returning as there are other options in Markham.
